Custom cabinetry for cabinet dealers, kitchen and bath designers, interior designers, builders, contractors and remodelers.

Another manufacturing option when your cabinet line has limits.

Your regular line may handle most of your work. Then a project needs a different width, a particular wood or color, or a built-in that does not fit the catalog. A Ward Design can help with that part of the project, or with a broader scope of cabinetry as we get to know your business.

Custom can be straightforward.

Sometimes the missing piece is a familiar cabinet in a size your manufacturer does not make. Sometimes it is one specialty area within an otherwise straightforward project. We also build detailed libraries, paneled rooms and more elaborate cabinetry. The level of detail follows the project.

What we can build for your projects

  • Sizing, materials and finishes: custom dimensions, wood choices, custom paint and stain, and multiple construction styles.
  • Cabinetry throughout the project: kitchens, built-ins, libraries, offices, closets, bars, specialty cabinetry and commercial casework.
  • From drawings to the shop: engineering, detailed production drawings, in-house manufacturing and in-house finishing.

A useful starting point

You know your customer and the project. Bring the plans, dimensions, specifications and finish direction you have developed. We can review the cabinetry with you and work through the details needed for production. Design help can be discussed where the project calls for it.

Early in the conversation, we will clarify who is responsible for field measurements, final approvals and installation. Tell us where your projects are located and how your team works so we can discuss a practical arrangement.

Tell us what your current cabinet line cannot provide, or describe a project you would like to discuss. You do not need a complete drawing package to introduce yourself.
